Really enjoyed the medium roast. The flavor was clean and not too dark and I didn’t get the same ‘dip’ I can get from other brands.

The taste is awesome and fresh like it was roasted that day. Knowing it is organic and free of mycotoxins (mold) I no longer feel guilty when I have my daily cup of coffee.

I switched to a certified mold-free, toxin-free coffee following toxin screening that revealed alarmingly high mycotoxins in my system. Hiker was recommended as being not only clean, but delicious. I agree!
This is seriously the best coffee – I've been drinking it for years, and it tastes even better with the upgrades they've made in recent months. I'm not kidding when I say that everyone we've made a cup for always ends up asking where they can buy some of their own. It's insanely fresh, and has a nice vanilla flavor without tasting too sweet. The vanilla flavor is amazing, but not overpowering – they literally found the perfect balance. Seriously just pull the trigger and buy a bag (or three).
