I recently found out through my naturopath that I have high levels of mycotoxins and that one of the sources is coffee. This made me sad. On my health journey I had already had to give up gluten and sugar. I was not about to give up coffee too! I love my morning "cup 'o joe"! I'm thankful she recommended Hiker coffee. I did some research and tried 3 different brands of coffee that are tested for and free of mold, but Hiker is definitely the best. The flavor is smooth and satisfying. I am happy once again!

Really enjoyed the medium roast. The flavor was clean and not too dark and I didn’t get the same ‘dip’ I can get from other brands.
Nice variety. Love the size. Makes it easy to take along on a trip so you always have good coffee at hand.
I bought the dark and medium whole beans for my new espresso machine. 10/10 would recommended. SO good and has become my #1 choice.
The taste is awesome and fresh like it was roasted that day. Knowing it is organic and free of mycotoxins (mold) I no longer feel guilty when I have my daily cup of coffee.
