Really enjoyed the medium roast. The flavor was clean and not too dark and I didn’t get the same ‘dip’ I can get from other brands.

I switched to a certified mold-free, toxin-free coffee following toxin screening that revealed alarmingly high mycotoxins in my system. Hiker was recommended as being not only clean, but delicious. I agree!
This is seriously the best coffee – I've been drinking it for years, and it tastes even better with the upgrades they've made in recent months. I'm not kidding when I say that everyone we've made a cup for always ends up asking where they can buy some of their own. It's insanely fresh, and has a nice vanilla flavor without tasting too sweet. The vanilla flavor is amazing, but not overpowering – they literally found the perfect balance. Seriously just pull the trigger and buy a bag (or three).
I've been drinking mycotoxin tested coffee from several big brands....but now have found Hiker Coffee. Besides being tested, it is dark roasted and Locally produced! Love!! Now maybe an expresso roast?
I have literally been on the hunt for this exact coffee for 3 years, no lie. Third party tested, flavor varieties and no additives for flavoring that aren't good for you!
